How can I cancel my membership?
According to the mutual agreement, all memberships can be terminated with a 3-month notice period at the end of the basic term. Memberships do not end automatically. If we do not receive a timely notice of cancellation, the membership will be automatically renewed for the agreed period. Please send your cancellation with all necessary information by mail to the appropriate studio.
I would like to withdraw from the contract
We are very sorry that you do not wish to continue your training. If there is a specific reason here, we would love to hear it! Please send us an email with your complete data and a small description of your request. We will then review your membership and get back to you.
Who is the Kohl company?
If the joint agreement is not adhered to, we must establish a breach of contract. In this case, the total membership claim becomes due. We then hand over the respective membership file to the Kohl company. This is a receivables management company. Once we have handed over a file to the Kohl's company, we no longer have a detailed view or access. Please always contact the company directly in this case.
How can I add the drink flat rate?
An additional service such as the solarium flat rate can be booked additionally. Please contact the crew in the studio.
